Default Boost gauge

I know it is a long shot but,

My boost gauge is leaking fluid, it was full than it leaked for a few days and stopped but it started leaking again and now it s almost half empty.

Is this fluid purchasable? what is it? are gauges refilable? where can i find the fluid?

thanks

This type of gauge are normally filled with glycerine, its used as a damper to keep the needle steady. Some are factory sealed but others have a small plug in the back so you can fill them. You can get glycerine from supermarkets, in the home baking section. Make sure you find and fix the leak before simply topping it up.

the gauge has a tap on the top, and it seems to be leaking from the front there the face of the gauge connects to the body. can these gagues be opened maybe a seal broke or something
