fitting st150 fiesta engine in 1.25

Default fitting st150 fiesta engine in 1.25

hi
does anyone know whats needed to swap etc fitting st fiesta engine and box in to a 1.25 fiesta

Mounts exhaust fuel pump loom patience and tea lots of tea. And maybe a few fags if its your liking

thanks is it full car loom or just engine loom ,is it better to just swap tanks

You should be able to just use the engine loom. If its the same model car and you don't mind the extra work, throw it all in. Then plug it all back together. Other wise just stick with the engine loom and splice in where you need to

its same model both mk6 ,do you need change clocks and pats thing etc so it all matches st ecu

The pats will run from the ecu through the barrel receiver and the key chip. I won't post how to by pass it but, if you change the chips in the keys and use the original key that fits the barrel. It will work.

It's when you start swapping the wiring for the pats that it gets confusing. It's all interlaced. Hence throwing the complete loom in so you can see what's what.

If your unsure I really would swap everything you can into the new car. Then everything's made for the right thing. It wouldn't take a day to strip out
