Ford Focus 1.6 Zetec Automatic (2002 / Petrol)

Front passenger side door doesn't seem to respond to remote central locking, remote central locking will only work if front passenger side door is manually locked from the inside first although when locking the car using key inserted in to front passenger side door and all locks unlocked the entire car locks without any problem at all.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Could you please elaborate if possible? My mechanics is a bit limited as you can probably guess! I don't seem to have an issue with driver's side door?

drivers side door is the master usually the problem is the output from the drivers side lock not talking to the rest
