Default Zetec turbo

Baring in mind the price of parts in the same sense of reliability in the long run, 2.0 zetec turbo black top build what's the best option decomp plate or shorter rods on the basis that I'm looking for about 8.2:1/8.3:1 running about 270/280 bhp
