Is this going to cause problems?
I'm back on the route for a ZT KA, and I bought an ERST T3 a while back which could do with a rebuild as the blades touch the housing, however I took it apart yesterday only to come across these cracks on the exhaust housing..
Doesn't look good to me!

Too many posts.. I need a life!!
I fit helps i have a Zetec turbo that was destined for a Ka, Ka mount, gearbox, 200sx injectors, T3 + mani.
What route are you going with the radiators/IC? There isnt enough room with standard rad and T3 unless you move the rad or chagne it.

I'm looking at a couple of options really;
Make my own manifold that locates the turbo over the gearbox.
Use a FRS manifold and turbo, but relocate the rad to a rear mount set up with air scoop etc.
What inlet are you using? Space seems to be quite an issue with the KA lol.

Im not using it anymore - I bought most of the bits to build one but then bought a whole RS turbo Ka which im tarting up. I was going to use a HO inlet, which is quite tight to the bonnet.
My ZT is tapped for a T3 manifold so was just gonna roll with that and make the rest fit. this also meant i could use most of a FRST T3 exhaust system.
The biggest issue with the Ka is that is slants downward forcing everything back taking all the space.

I bet that goes well!
Yeah I was going down the HO route but I don't want to have to use bonnet lifters, if the standard Focus inlet fits then I might use that.
I had thought about drilling/tapping the head for the T3 mani, but I don't want to risk breaking into the water ways.
