manifold looks great mate, simular to mine except collector pot, where did you get it made?
where do you think paul! . new development manifold with equal lenght headers and a 4-1 merge collector which should vastly improve flow over the collector pot , saying that my collector pot manifold did 522bhp so its been designed to get the torgue figure up and have faster flowing exhaust gases to reduce turbo lag making a more responsive engine, you should of kept the old manifold luca so we could of done back to back testing to see whats what! it would be nice to know as this is the first one ive built , i suppose you will be keeping the engine the same spec so you could run it with your last boost pressure?
welded up mate so i will send you my work address for pick up on tuesday. i will send to you 2 moz mate

Im sure I could borrow it back if needed mate, although with the external wastegate the turbo is not exactly the same.
Speak to you tomorrow then mate, I might be able to get collected Monday and shipped overnight.
More pics in of the manifold all finished now, hopefully should receive this on Tuesday.
Good friend Clive has made a brake pot tray/bracket for me to keep the fluid tucked away... Really happy with it as its just what I wanted.
The new engine will be ready soon, just awaiting on pistons now then it can be machined and assembeld. Had a twitchy few days when I thought USPS had lost my steel rods but they turned up in the end.
For now the mock build is well under way and the next thing to bolt in will be the drysump kit and fabricate the mounting brackets. Possibly will have to re-work the alternator posistion too.
Inside is almost there now, just the dash switch panel to do and the plumbing/mounting of the pedal box.
Engine bay is coming along nicely now, all the loom is fitted and is looking nice and spacious now
Good as gold mate, I took the first box out as I thought it seemed noisy. Fitted another one, once diffs swaped and it turns out the solid mounts just make it sound loud.
Few people running the box with big power and they have not any issues.
