So where will the alternator be mounted on this set up the rear? or above the charger?

I've seen one of these done before but the charger was mounted infront of the coil pack with a shaft running across the front of the engine

Suppose that makes sense for plumbing in the intercooler. I personally would use a sleeved shaft could you imagine catching something in that even at idle speed

This is my (mtec ecu controlled ) clio turbo versus an M3 at bedford:

The way it left him for dead on the straight even surprised me, it is proper effortlessly quick.

308bhp last time it was on the rollers which was at tipton garage for a clio shootout.

Its a fair bit lighter than an m3 though of course, and less transmission losses.

You can always trust a man with a flat cap to weld properly. Its like having your own Fred dibna.
