24v two door mk5 cortina
had this for maybe a year now, spent a while looking for a two door after owning two four door models and finally found one with a few mods already done, i had a few things planned for the car until i had a spin on the M3 so i set myself back quite a bit, im away on tour until september but have managed to find most of the parts needed online, let me know what you think and any idea's about styling and future mods.

forgot to add a few details, shes fitted with granada cosworth calipers on the rear mondeo calipers on the front with cosworth discs allround, koni dampers with custom springs, 2.3 V6 axle (LSD going in soon) hid headlight kit (bit broken now) corsa electric power steering but too light for me so going manual, shes still running the granada cosworth auto box but ive just bought a manual to convert over, donor car had done less than 60k engine still pulls very well, plans for the future are to fit the new wings inner and outer as well as new front valance, new lights and indicators allround, convert to manual, new bushes throughout, i was planning on sticking new bumpers on but after seeing the grey two door on skogenracing im getting rid of them completely, wheel wise im after a set of 17" azev a.
thats about it for now, i need to keep a lid on the spending seeing as the army are making a me and a few other redundant next june, i dont reckon i would ever part with her after all the aggro its put me through unless a very nice XR4I turned up "winks at steve cossie4i"
cheers steve

its not getting any stick on tat mate just a rebuild and tidy up most of the money will go into sorting the handling as best i can, might go as far as an axle and gearbox swap from a M535 or a volvo they are supposed to be good for quite a bit of power and cheap enough, have a look at the Skogenracing site they have a grey two door MK5 tina that was running a 4.0 explorer turbo lump its now bmw M50 turbo does 10.5 quarters and still used daily im pretty much set on mine looking like theirs on the outside.
