BMW 1 Series Circuit Racer - mpautobodies
A mental bmw circuit racer turned up to be painted at work...looks awesome so thaught id share photos. Ganna be a 400bhp diesel. Looks awesome though. Here's the shell for now...

Looks a really nice job, couple of questions though:
Do you know why the box under the car was a rivetted construction?
for instance is it alloy?
Why the partial seam sealer application on the turret?
Surely a prime water trap?
I'd love to see a build up thread, something about the build up of freshly painted shells thats just cool!

well the cost is between the customers, but not cheap!
No thats not sealer it's seam welding. there is no sealer on the engine bay.
And yes thats an alloy tank that is the outter shell for the bag fuel tank. It's constructed, then droped into the shell
