untrained idiot changing a clutch
hi
im from the medway area of kent , i own a p reg fiesta (new shape) and the clutch has been slipping big time, i've found a a clutch just need to fit it, i have basic tools such as spanners and sockets and no mechanic experteases, only good thing is i have a haynes manual ! how easy is it to change a clutch? and is there anyone in the same area who could help, as i can't afford a mechanic lol.

i did it on a puma, same engine and gearbox as yours, just take your time and lay all pieces out out for rebuilding neatly and methodically, you will need help to line gearbox up and a clutch alignment tool to line up clutch, from local factors should be about 12 quid
