Default My Ford Sierra Rebuild

hey i alway wanted a sierra since i started driving an my honda finally gave up after all the abuse i gave it so had to buy a new car so i wanted somthing easy to run but i wanted a sierra saff so seen a 1.8td saff for 400€ so went an looked at an there was nxt to no rust on it dat i found at the time.

but the engine was took apart to replace the head and was nevver put back toghter so bought i it in november 2009 an started work on it the spare head the man gave me was also f**ked so went an boutght a new engine from a 00 mondy an got dat fitted an she was running a dream until the uniforms lifted it.so got it back an now im going to rebuild it.

just thought id share my build wif use all.

put a t3 on it. but i dont know how you would map it up. put some bigger injectors in it, an itercooler maybe port the inlet ports.

they run 15psi standard :O
i had an old p100 1.8TD an it felt like it was running about 5psi. i supose it is a little turbo tho.

when you bolt another turbo on to it, how do u regulate the boost pressure.

thats wat i feels lik alrite aye but it about 15.
well my pla is
*front mount intercooler
*advance timing 10degrees
*turn boost up until it is running in proportaion to the fuel(about 21-24psi)
*prot an polish inlets
*change manifold to free flow(custom made dont think it can be bought)
*2.1/2'' exhuast straight through
*heat rap
*an lightend flywheel

im going to keep standard turbo for now.mite change to t28 in time

how do u mean regulate boost pressure??controle it??>evan
