Now althought i was born in 1996 i love watching all the old shows just to see the old cars.

I see, cheers, you see quite a few old fords on heartbeat, they had an episode on recently where there was a hill climb, they used a really nice mk1 escort on it. Looked like a twin cam but I cant be sure that it was.

Yep saw that one mate. There was also one with a lotus cortina and a mk1 capri.

Was actually quite a good programme but mainly watched it for the Saph Cossie. I think Spender's Cossie was identical to the one that another relatively well known Geordie called Viv Graham was just getting in to when he was shot dead. Any Northern boys remember it happening? Early 90s I think.

Don't think so mate, as far as I'm aware there were only 9 radiant red ones made to special order. I thought his was magenta or nouveau red??????
Edit: after a bit of googling I think all 3 of the Spender Saphs were flint grey.
