I have a 2013 one and love it.I have always had big jap fours mainly old 80s and 90s stuff gsxr's, fzr's ,gpz ect then moved to a zrx 1200 which i loved and still have but the triple feels like a sports bike compared to the rest with loads of usable power not mega fast but well worth a test ride

My bro in law has one, he loves it. He's ridden it all over Europe, must be the highest mileage one out there lol

Mate bought one new a few months back. Didn't like it and bought another blade instead.

My brother has got one, he loves it. Only reliability issue he's had is the centre cylinder coil on plug getting fried. Apparently its quite common.

Have you ever owned a 1000cc four? I have a cbr1000rr and keep looking at daytona 675R's with a drooly face. I just don't know if they would live up to what I've gotten used to pace wise?

Work mate has just got a green/blue one with the twin round headlights. It's a no fairing one that I think looks better and it has a nice stubby scorpion can. Looks a nice bike

Rob,
I have had loads of big fours but nothing newer than 03.My Mrs has a 2013 street triple though which i think shares the same 675 engine as the daytona and tbh i find very flat low down, not as bad as her old r6r but imo you just can't beat cc's.

Thanks for the review mate, its the low down grunt that I think I would miss the most and I'm not a giant fan of V twins.

Given that I use the bike for maybe 4 months of the year I really shouldn't be thinking about spending more money on one!!!

Ive just bought one, and cant fault it! Been riding an r6 for around a year and much prefer the speed triple. Its a much nicer riding position. Theres plenty of power there (not over the top) but enough! As far as problems i cant comment. Only owned mine for 3 weeks
