Traders insurance for 20 year old?
Hi guys,
Just joined this forum and I needed some advice.
Okay basically I'm 20 years old and have not owned a car yet or been insured on one, I however want to get on my uncles traders insurance as I want to own a few small engines cars to buy and sell as a side income. He doesn't seem to know much about it and isn't sure if I'm old enough or if I would be allowed to actually drive the cars or what the scenario would be if I were to have an accident. Anyway could I get my own traders insurance? I don't own a company or anything and tought it might be better to go on my uncles since we sometimes work together.

Your uncles insurance are the only people that can tell you if you can be covered and under what conditions. All policies are slightly different, so you just need to get on the blower and find out.
As for having your own policy, without a company, and at 20, I'd say it would be unlikely, but there's no harm in asking some Insurance companies about their policies.
