Yeah first hand experiance mate, went down there with one of my old customers (bit of a nutcase) with his old fiesta, head gasket had gone. Anyway he described it online the condition it was in, they offered like £395 but when we got there the bloke in a suit picked it to shreds (was well tidy) and didn't notice the head gasket, but then offered this guy £50! He drove it down there quite a long way and was a nightmare journey and then my customer went mental kickin off at the bloke and the guy in the suit shit himself and ran inside and locked the door lol. That's my experiance anyway

£350 for a pug 106 online turned into £50 buy the guy in the suit. I told him I could drive it to the weigh bridge for over double that.

There business is to buy cars as cheap as possible then put them in bundles of 100 through the car auctions.
They will give you the worst price a buyer could give you for your car.
I was selling a focus 2002 ,FULL mot,tax,1 owner from new on gumtree last week,just for a laugh I put reg into WE BUY ANY CAR.
They offered £195
I sold on gumtree for £950
Nuff said

My Daughter was selling her 2 year old Citroen C3 convertible in immaculate low mileage condition. She put in her Reg number and they came back with £1800, we sold it privately for £5200!! Unless you are desperate steer well clear of them.

wanted 7k for my navara, got 6800 from we by any car.
so not to bad.
Did find it at a dealers 4 weeks later up for 10ķ.
Only paid 10300 for it and had it 3yrs!
tho as 1pd said only desperate people use them, me being one of them, only went into them to see how bad they would knock me before taking to auction that week. But took the money, left the car and for the train home
so not to bad.
