Default Cvh turbo problem

Have recently had the head off for work to be done and put it all back together tonight to find that I have water coming out of cylinder 3 plug hole when cranking over new gaskets all round and the head gasket is a cometic one and went through the Torque procedure and all went on well. Can anyone help with advice or had same issues before cheers all

Gasket on upside down? unclean surfaces? cracked head or block.

Something along them lines.

Or could it be getting through the inlet somehow where the heater pipe connects? (just a idea)

Checked gasket that was ok and not to sure about the head or block at the mo head should be ok just come back from engineer who checked it all over and done a pressure check ect. Might be a crack in block but will have to pull head back off and investigate further
