I only seem to get negative attention in mine. Guess being a non cossie and just a modified car doesnt help.
its mostly CHAVs (the majority of the population here) giving dirty looks or the "i hate cunts like you" look
Either its the loud noise that annoys them or its the typical scum/pondlife jealous attitude.
Get it quite a lot people making comments like:
"Whats someone like you driving a nice car like that?"
"you cant leave a car like that here, its like a red rag to a bull"
"driving a posh car like that in an area like this is asking for trouble"
etc etc etc.
I tend to ignore such morons.

Well when they are being driven with the rears smoking up and driving round the streets like a drifting competition, you'd have to be completely fooked in the head not to turn round to wtf was going on.

Yeh my saff gets looks all the time.Its properly down to the ugly looking ball bag driving it.
I can remember one time when i was on the dual carrageway in my town and i pulled up at a set of lights next to a brand new a Audi A5.There was a young couple pushing a pram and i heard the lad say to his mrs"I want that car there"she said "what the Audi" and he said "no the cossie.Thats mint".

Na it wasn't me matey lol.
I was coming to a set of lights in mine and saturday and a guy turned round cause he must of heard the car and I read his lips. He said wow a cossie....

I saw a white 3 door on the M25 a few months ago, was about 6am and it looked superb with the motorway lights bouncing off the curves and glistening on the std wheels. I think everyone was gawping at it. Very rare sight these days. First thing I thought when I saw it at that time was, wonder if it's just been nicked. It looked immaculate and just seemed an odd sight in the early morning M25 traffic, didn't leave the fast lane.

Same with my diamond white 2wd. A while back I had to go to a big breakers yard to pick up a part for my everyday car. It was a nice day so I took the Cossy, drove into their car park , found a spot and parked up.When I came back outside there was quite a few of the blokes who work there all looking at my car and taking a real interest in it. They asked if they could look at the engine and were very impressed that a 24 year old car still looks so good.There are not many nice ones left now and I cant remember the last time I was out in mine and saw another one on the road.
