Anyone got photos of both saph and escos gearboxes?

Cheers, the boxes are different sizes, the escort box is longer than the saph box where the output shaft/transfer casing is. I have 3 boxes and I suspect they're all shorter and from early saphs. Seem to have an issue with my prop where I have a late spec saph with the smaller doughnut(guibo joint-same as escos) that looks stretched and need to confirm what box I have in the car.

I had an EsCos box, like the one above, fitted in mine before it stripped the teeth off third. Fitted an earlier box as a replacement and had to fit the front half of the prop along with the thicker rubber.

Thanks for the input guys.
Warren, those photos look the same to me apart from the studs in the flange, (I am looking at this on my phone tho) I have two boxes that are the same, i'm away to check the 3rd one tonight that I know is out an escos but I can't remember if I have the transfer box section for it.

EsCos/Late Saph box ......
Goes with thinner donut and longer front prop section....
Reverse light switch is also different.
Pic of both boxes side by side, not the back bit though, EsCos one on the left has had reverse switch swapped over......

the actual flange is the same, its the middle output shaft that is longer and the escos use shorter studs, becuase they use a thinner doughnut
the front section of the props are the same just different doughnuts, saf use fat ones escos use thin ones as pic above
the saf uses a longer stud out the back becuase of the thicker doughnut it uses, this is becuase the output shaft is shorter
what is it your trying to do rog?
becuase each gearbox will fit you just need the correct rubber doughnut on the back

Hi, thanks for the expalanation i sort of knew that but wasn't quite sure so it's good to get confirmation on it.
Basically my car now eats gearboxes, so I've found myself in the situation where i've had to change the box again to an unknown MT75 4x4 box.
The car itself is a late spec saph with the smaller doughnut (same as escos setup) and I think I may have ended up in the situation where I may now be running an old style saph box combined with effectively the shorter prop, therefore it's not mating up correctly and the splines between the front /rear section of the rear prop although together appear too far out, the car drives but I have a vibration and I want to eliminate this.
Now here's the annoying part, the old box (that was just removed) was direct from Ford, I was told at the time of fitting that they had swapped the transfer box over from my original gearbox, but when I look at the box it all looks like new (box was only 4k miles old when it shat itself), it looks the same as the one thats on the car justnow, so I'm wondering if it's always been like this or someones just spun bullshit and they changed over the whole box and how the fuck I've ended up like this
I'm have a 3rd box that I know is out an escos, but it's in bits and I cannot find the transfer part I'm not sure I ever had it, so i'm thinking i may be better off just trying to buy a fucked esos box and swap the transfer part over for piece of mind, its just a pain in the ass, or do i try and find a big doughnut and change that over instead.
