Default which Recovery?

Hi, over christmas i de-registered my Focus RS in Germany and registered it back in UK, (uk car) reason being the insurance had gone up £400 quid a year or £178 quid a month!!! so i rang Adrian Flux and got a quote for £56 quid a month how good is that? plus ive declared all my mods this time. so now i need to find a breakdown firm that if called out to me, (touch wood it dosent), know wot a modded car is n stuff. Been thinking about RAC seeing as new Fords come with this cover anyway, any advice?

AA every time. Check the small print with Adrian Flux too, they are crafty beggars.

This man is correct. 3 years AA cover with new Ford cars as of some time last year. I'd go for either the RAC or AA personally. Green Flag use a lot of contrctors compared to the 2 big ones and not all will have low level tilting slide bed trucks. Not such a problem on a Focus RS as they can be towed on a spec lift.

Why worry about them knowing you have a modded car ?

With the AA isnt it you thats the member not the car

I have used my card to call out them to a mates car when I have been with him.

Oh and heard a lot of HORROR stories with Adrian Flux too, Im sure they (insurance companys) are all the same but that name does crop up a lot
