Caliper Seal

Caliper Seal
Hi,
My rear offside caliper has sprung a leak, given this only happened Monday evening I have not had the wheel off yet to have a proper look, but from what I have seen so far it looks like the caliper.
I only fitted it just over 3 years ago, therefore I would like to change the seal myself if possible, however, I know these are a pain with regards to the handbrake mechanism spring.
Therefore I am looking for advice from others who have done the same, so far I understand I will need a G-clamp and a pair of circlip pliers, is it feasible to do this with just these tools? (I don't have the latter, so will have to borrow)
Thanks.
Martin

As suspected, it's the handbrake seal
I have enquired with a couple of factors and they are readily available, the thing is I know they will be silver, opposed to gold (as replaced as a pair) and given mine is new, I would like to replace the seal, if possible.
Ridgey, this is where the calipers were from, incidentally.
I have found a kit for one caliper, usually these are sold as a pair, so not too expensive.
My concern is the absence of the special tool (12-007 to be precise) used to compress the spring, I am aware you can improvise and use a socket in it's place for example.
I have a G-clamp, therefore I just need a pair of circlip pliers, right?

Got a seal kit and a replacement caliper, spent all weekend on the latter and had to get a new brake hose, due to other one leaking at the union.
Plan is to rebuild my old one, just need to get myself a pair of circlip pliers.
A couple of questions:
The union looks good on the braided hose, the copper washer can not be removed as it's too small for the thread, is this normal? I had planned to anneal it, but judging by the amount it was leaking, I don't think this will help, so I guess the union is just worn.
With the rubber hose the union is slightly longer and as a result I have a little thread exposed, is this right?
