2WD vs 4WD Front Wheel Hubs
I have some spare 4x4 front wheel hubs.
Can they be used as front wheel hubs in a RWD project?

Too many posts.. I need a life!!
Yes mate they can you have to disconnect all the cv joint gubbens and you'll be left with a stub axle . That obviously has to stay there to keep the bearing together.
But it will all work fine

Thanks for the reply.
How about this:
I sold the brakes off my RS Sapphire to someone with a Sierra station wagon. He e-mails me and says the brakes don't fit on the mounting points of his wagon.
Since I have some spare 4x4 hubs, I consider selling them to him, but I want to know the RWD brakes will fit on the 4x4 hubs.
Are the brakes different sizes between the 4x4 and the RWD? Will the 4x4 hubs even fit on the wagon?!
(I notice the place where the control arm connects to the hub is alot lower on the 4x4 hub)
