Just wind a bit more pre load on the actuator mate. Try a full turn at a time, testing full boost under full load, ie 3k on a mild incline in 3rd gearand put your foot down whilst then trying to hold the revs at around 4k using the foot brake and note where the boost peaks on your gauge. Best way to wind up the preload is to unclip teh rod from the gate arm insted of using pliers on the rod with it still in situ..heard of people snagging the actuator diapraghm doing it that way.

As above BUT have you had the fueling turned up to suit the extra boost ect
Offer wise it will run lean and do alot of damage

Ok, add to that....you also need to check fuel pressure and pump voltage.

u should not really have to adjust your actuator rod to much should be set at half a moon against your wastegate,u adjust the jets in the amal valve to get more boost

The ONE most important thing to check is AFR!!

If this is not correct it will/can lead you to problems such as fuel pump voltage, fuel pressure etc

But as above jet your amal valve rather than winding the actuator right in

Or even better let a pro do it

Take it to a pro mate, if it runs lean can cause some damage be a shame after shelling out all that money on stage 3 parts.
