Default Missfire ???

2wd sierra cosworth stage 1

I was out a few nights ago and was having alittle play on the motorway after slowing down coming off the car has developed some sort of missfire well i think its that it does it when its idling and when you drive there is hardly any power even when turbo comes on ?

What are the things it could be

Plugs ?

Leads?

fucked Turbo ?

Blown headgasket ?

where do i start

Cheers

Not sure, but if there's no noise and no smoke it's probably not going to be too expensive

I tryed that.. EXACTLY that, 2 times in a row, right after I have fixed my headgasket I was scared to death. Both times it was the distributorcap centrepole that have died (brand new ones both times). The car drove on some point ok but powerless especially if I accelerated normally, and when idle there was a little misfire when listening carefully. I understood why when I checked all the basics... the car drove on the dis.cap centerpole spring!!!

Think the first cap was fitted a little to fast second one must have been a bad one.
