Default cosworth oil

just wondering whats the best oil to use on 2wd saph gets driven quite hard on regular basis i have been using 15/50 but my locall car spares have said use millers 10/60 is this better or what do you all recomend cheers

I used castrol rs 10/60 n it used 2 rattle like hell when it was cold so i use silkolene 10/50 n its sweet as a nut now.

Use Mobil one MOTORSPORT 15w/50
for cossie
rouse motor sport reconmend

ME AMSOIL 5/40 made in usa or REDLINE .i think it's the best for these engines!!

A lot of recommendations from dealers is because they get a good deal on it , and not necessarily because of it's performance.
I use when I can get it SUNOCO RACING 10/60, but failing this SILK PRO S.
