Depends on what your using the car for really? For road use i would go for Koni's, if you are going to do alot of track work i would go for a proper set of 2 way adjustable coilovers.

Must say that I have AVO coilovers, and it is a hard ride, even on lowest setting, but good stuff for grip.
Koni's are not so hard edged as AVO, and would be more suited to a person who just wants a good improvement with out track type harshness, which is there all the time.

I run koni's with ahmed bayjoo spec springs, i use it on the road rather than track, the cars also poly bushed with front strut brace, it doesn't rattle the car or me to pieces but it handles pretty well!!

Also running the Bilstein kit - a very good compromise for road and track use

Cheers

Im running avo`s with chassis dynamics springs, my car is fully polly bushed including rear beam and trailing arms, i have it set mid all the way round as it was really bumpy when on the hardest setting, altho it went better up the strip when its on the hardest but just not comfy for the road

Used Gaz coilovers on my saff for about 5 weeks then changed them back to koni's with chassis dynamics springs..as the gaz were far to harsh for the road = washed money
