Fiesta Turbo - Zetec turbo project breaking
Due to work commitments I have decided that I will not get the time to complete my project and would rather see it go to somebody who would finish it.
Fiesta Turbo shell for sale. H regd Red HPI clear and 6 previous owners. Some history will come with the shell.
Car had been painted in the last few years but there are areas which have some laquer peeling.
Currently stripped down to a rolling / bare shell with only the doors, rear beam and front hubs etc still fitted. Overall shell is solid and has had the rear quarter replaced etc but as I was planning to fit a zetec turbo and MTX conversion to the car the inner wings have been cut back to allow clearance and fitment of the correct mounts.
Rolling Bare shell with doors, rear beam, front hubs, petrol tank, steering rack and crazycage MTX mounts (these will need welding into place). £700
Shell can be delivered if needed but we would need to agree costs. I will get pictures of the shell etc shortly.

Hella smoked rear lights - £100
Morrettes ( innerlights have some corrosion) £100
Uprated fuel pump £50
Auto specialists alloy radiator £80
Roll over jig – professionally made £200
Polybushed (powerflex purple) rear beam £80
Complete new lockset £60
A Pillar gauge for 52mm gauges £45
Extra efi Megasquirt ECU and connecting loom £250
Zetec turbo engine and MTX gearbox :
Brand new JE 9:1 CR pistons and rings
ARP rod bolts
Kent cam springs
New oil pump
HD bearings
ST170 rods Cometic 1.5mm head gasket
Focus RS inlet manifold and injectors,
focus Rs exhaust manifold and gt25 turbo.
Focus Rs clutch and flywheel.
MTX is from a 2.0 focus and comes with brand new drive shafts and selector cables.
I do have a short video showing the engine running £1200
ST170 300mm grooved /dimpled brake discs calipers and pads £100
Brand new pair of genuine 3 door ford doors – still in primer never fitted, these are the later mk3.5 doors but will fit all mk3 models. £180 pair or £100 each
Mondeo 16 inch alloys in silver complete with Dunlop 195 / 45 /16 tyres. £250
Gmax suspension – 30mm drop £80
