Default focus rs turbo charger

my focus rs has a full ss exhaust with decat pipe a gen 2 k&n filter and the rest is standard but once the car has been run for maybe an hour theres sometimes a puff of smoke that comes out the exhaust its not really black but concerns me ithink the turbo is goosed but it spools up perfecly any1 any ideas

How many miles is on the car?

Do you constantly drive it like you stole it?

And when was the last time it was serviced?

it was serviced last week at my local ford garage its done 32k and it sometimes gets a thrash

i'v read on here that using a de-cat can make it a bit smokey.

All to do with lowering the back pressure with fitting the decat.

as long as its a little puff its nothing to worry about


if it lets go then you will be like the A team

More like a challenger tank laying a smoke screen. I shit myself on sunday when it happened to me. 0 to foggy in 3 secs flat

Lucky my spares bin had a brand new turbo just waiting for the day my original one decided to die.....but I have plans for that which you'll know all about lami
