URGENT HELP NEEDED!!!!
My mate has just fitted a Bailey header tank to my brother's RS Focus and now when he gets to 4500RPM on boost, it hesitates.
Does anyone know why this could be happening?
It also has a collins powerchip installed but all was fine last night and i have tried disconnecting the chip and it was still the same.
PLEASE HELP!

main coolant header tank or chargecooler tank?
check the coolant level in both to see if they are low. possibility of a lack of coolant in the chargecooler system could cause this.

Just the main coolant header tank.
Checked both levels and seem fine. Just re-fitted standard tank and still have the problem.
I have however found 2 fault codes but don't know what they are:-

Thanks for your help FRS 3409!!
The battery was low as its been stood for a while as my brother has been in Iraq so that explains that one.
I think the other one may have something to do with the powerchip that i disconnected.
I think i have now fixed it though--- it has a boost control valve fitted and i wound it down and it now doesn't hesitate although not as fast now for obvious reasons.
Think he's going to take it to Graham Goode to get it setup.
Thanks again for your help!!!!
