I have been offered tyres size 215/35-17.
Will this fit on an mk4 rs turbo cabrio?

I've got 205/40/17 on mine, and the bolts are the one with the washer/collar that can spin. Hope this helps!

I was going to use 205/40's on mine but being a 7.5 wide rim the 215/35 might be a better option

TBH the 205's sit right on my rims, the 215's wouldn't look right imo - but each to there own!

Being a 7.5 wide rim there desigined to take a 215, 205 gives you little stretch which is what id go for personaly but if hes getting 215/35 much cheaper they would work and not look to different

215/35 is such an odd ball tyre compared to the 205/40 I doubt they'd be cheaper. An the car would ideally take the 205/40 as oppose to the 215/35. Also, mine have no stretch at all with the 205/40 fitted.
