Default Valve seals

ive got a bit of smoke on tick over that clears once you blip the throttle.im presuming it's the valve stem oil seals as I can't see any oil in the boost pipes etc,do you have to take the head off to replace them? And what are the best set to use?

No they can be done with head still on. There are a few tutorials on the web. I got victor reinz from carparts express

I got told to use Granada Dohc ones by mark at grove garage in the past

I've just put a new set of victor Reinz in,should be up and running in the morning so fingers crossed.
