well on my s2 I have BM quick shift installed

an when im in the 2 gear an want to switch to the 3 gear is difficult and scratch an high rpm
at low rpm no problem the 3 gear goes good in

also from the 4 to 3 gear no problem
it always scratch fom the 2 gear to the 3 gear when trying to put the 3 gear in

and also on the motorway at the 5 gear at low rpm sometimes the gear jump out

Either worn box, or very poorly aligned linkage.

how to aligned the linkage correctly?

Put it in neutral
Disconnect the linkage
Put the gearbox in 4th manually: find the centre point, push the rod all the way in
Get someone to hold the stick in the position you'd hope to find 4th i.e. straight towards the back of the car
Tighten it up and test you can find all gears
