feck, thats quite a a gap, sure you dont mean thou
that = 0.6-0.7 mm,
you want as large a gap as you can run with , without misfires, start at 0.8mm, then if you have problems, yes drop down, but the small turbos run coilacks as std so shouldn't see many problems at 0.8 running std or stage 1 boost

has anyone else done the wired LED fault code flash test ? just did it & got very confused with the results lol
i'm sure the codes translated as:
1. you have a walrus in the exhaust
2. nothing wrong at all matey - car then promptly stalls & wont restart
3. actually pointed to possibly a bad earth or fault in the ISCV
most confusing part of operation (as u can probably tell) was actually reading the autodata book correctly & trying to decide between what 2 sets of flashes i was counting - hopefully get the man & scanner round 2morro or thurs & see what happens!

make sure the ignition is off, remove ecu multi plug (you will need a 10mm spanner), give the contacts a clean while your there, plug it all back in again & hey presto, the stored faults in the ECU will be cleared!! (the EECiV will record & keep all faults & if said fault required it to adjust the mapping or something weird it will carry on with those settings!, at least that what mr spanner with scanner tells me)
