You should have the following:

1. Bag in boot as mentioned.
2. Pump for water injection (under rear seat i believe)
3. A jet in the intercooler outlet (top) at the throttle side

hope this helps.

Mine was registered early jan 93 and its homologation!

As far as you should be concerned ALL large turbo Escorts are homolgation models. The only difference being that once the required allocation had been produced, they just stopped supplying the bits with the car that Holty mentions. But very few cars have the homolgation bits still with them anyway...

For water for the water injection system. But even Grp.N cars didn't use it - they used some more sensible container instead.

Funny bit is that the car HAS to have water injection fitted to be run in Grp. N because it was homologated with water injection. Some cars were banned for not having it in early years.

No probs. Recently I was asked about water injection on a rally recently. (as a joke of course as they even didn't require roll-cages let alone homologated parts)

I realy loved that although I had pretty nasty situation with pedestrians on one of the stages when on left hander over the crest where I was supposed to cut beside the tree groing on the corners apex there were 3 girls walking beside the road next to one another effectively taking up about 3 meters of the road and I had been full throttle for last 300 meters so it was really huuge speed.

THe girls.. well I don't think they noticed how bad it was, they only seen me for like 3 seconds and it was me who was scared. My co-driver didn't even notice. :-D

Now... some pics here:

https://passionford.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=128244

I did well untill 3 last stages. On SS8 I was braking too late hit the chicane (no damage but stopped sideways on the road) and lost couple of places :-( On SS9 I bent left suspention strut and destroyed the tire. I limped on hazards to the final stage wich I did in a car that turned only left at sensible speeds.
For a begginer who only saw stages in the morning, and one knew only from describtion I think I did quite well. 9th overall, 6th in the class. All the cars in front of me used slick tires and mopst of them were really prepared rallycars. I managed to beat N-10 spec Scoobie without restrictor (350bhp). Unfortunately on SS9 we destroyed the suspention, I don't know how nad where, it just bend. I didn't hit anything and there isn't any sign of it on the wheel.

I hope this is throughout information
