Default small turbo missfire, what causes them

I have an on boost missfire that has recently started, I changed the plugs thinking it was that to no avail, it only does it when it's hot which leads me to think that one of the coil packs is on it's way out, can these be tested?
anyone got experience of this?

cheers

steve

Check the wiring around the tops of the coil packs and the connectors. Mine were bare just after the wires went into the coils itself. Really poor for this.

Also look at the multi plugs just under the header tank, grey and black 1s i think. If they are corroded etc clean the terminals etc.

Have you checked the plug gaps? Small turbos are very sensitive about the plug gap. I had a bad missfire on mine on boost and regapping the plugs fixed it straight away.
