i would normally recomend ramsport but i orderd some carbon rear panels from James almost 3 months ago
i was initially told they would be with me within 10 days, then they ignore emails, then when you speak to them they say they will have them ready friday and will post them on to you the moment they are ready and mail you a tracking number - theyve told me that twice now and i still havent recieved anything.
may actually pop over there tomorow as im in the area - find out whats going on!
but at the moment i shockingly disapointed at there customer service.

They where the company that I bought my original OZ mags from (Ł1600 !!) which had hidden crack repairs (by Ian Jemsion).
..I should have known they where going to be problems from the start, when they first sent the wheels to me they just put these 'freshly refurbed' wheels in a box with NO packaging so by the time they arrived they where covered in chips Not happy at this I complained and they where send back to IJ at MY expense to be refurbed again at their expense. When they came back one of the wheels cracked again under the cars weight within minutes of being fitted, I sent back the cracked wheel back (again at my expence) and got it back with a bodged weld on the wheel from IJ yet it still wouldn't even hold air!! I then complained again this time they found another single OZ Mag and this was send to IJ to be painted the same way and was returned to me, this also cracked and then all of the wheels started going porus and had pinholes so I had enough and asked for my money back, the guy refused and got quite nasty with me and I was also warned not to post up on forums as they would come after me!! so they obviously had something to hide??
I then sent them to Pristine in MK out of my own money (bloody expensive) and they came back looking fantastic, no pin holes, no dodgy welds nothing.. did 5miles then another cracked and that was it
It wasn't a nice experience and I'm not saying anymore on the subject

ok, cheers for that.
was it James that you were dealing with at Rampsort?
i wouldnt mind actually finding out who makes the carbon panels for them, as hes given me the impression several times that they are made elsewhere.
