Mine made 270 BHP & 280lb ft with just a panel filter & Mongoose on PE's rolling road.I've taken those figure with a pinch of salt to be honest but they put it down to holding over a bar after the over boost. If it held 1.25 it would be nearer the 300BHP I would of thought.
But you'll prob need a new turbo soon after. |

Hi
My car had all the cats cut out, powerchip, 1.5 bar boost dropping to about 1.3. In tank uprated fuel pump, 3.5bar fuel pressure. 289 ps 321Lb Ft. Suhe motorsport, Germany. Have no idea how accurate the Dyno was. |

They should hold 1.3 bar mate, thats why your power is down.
What you need is a nice bolt on 350 conversion.

I think that they deliver more power because they have a overboost for a couple of seconds.

As Cossie Lee said something is odd with the ST as mine isn't chipped either so shouldn't make anywhere near 270bhp.
They did mine 5 times, I was a nervous wreck The setup of the rolling road seems to effect the results a hell of a lot as they could get figures for mine ranging from 280BHP to 250BHP.Mine was run by Chris who use to work @ PE doing the work. He's a knowlegable guy on RS's so u can imagine what an Optimistic RR operate could tell u !!! |
