Default mk6 escort control arm bushing

Hi guys
It seems my lower control arm bushes are shot.
Wil it be a difficult job to replace it,I have a press for the bushes,I'm just concerned about removing the lower control arms

Is there anything I should look out for or know about before I tackle the job

Regards

Yep my mates car only 1 was fucked but its good practice too change both at same time. His car if you accelerated hard front of car actually jumped left and when changing gears same thing happened but to the right and no holding steering wheel or counter steering would stop it, it was lethal on motorways

Remove front wheels put front of car in the air if you don't have lift, undo the 2 bolts holding each of them to body and the bolt on the ball joint split the ball joint and move hub to one side then they just wiggle out that's the easy bit.
put new one's in use a screw driver to align holes and replace bolts then ball joints and replace wheels lower car job done

Also when undoing/doing up the 2 bolts on each wishbone you need to put ring spanner on the nut above.
