Anyone heard of/tried T5 tablets? Ive heard they can damage your liver, but if you drink a load of water your ok?

As far as I know they increase your heart rate and stop hunger feelings. Supposed to be good but I dont really want to take them if they knacker your organs!!!

sound a bit like ethrajin.
problem is your body will start eating into your existing muscle mass for energy.
as ive said over and over and over again. keep fat/carbs intake low and exercise and you will lose weight.

Just because you are taking a supplement does not mean your body will automatically start eating into your muscle for energy, what a bizarre statement. If your diet and exercise are nailed, then a supplement like ephedrine will increase fat loss (but not with out its own dangers).
However, what you say about diet and exercise is obviously correct. Expend more calories than you eat, and you will lose weight. End of!
