Default Need to get fit for the army

I'm a big lad - 6ft 2, very big build.

I have a belly and some tits, i'm being frank.

It needs to go, NOW.

I don't have access to a gym right now so need natural ways of getting fit and losing weight VERY quickly.

I'm very strong and my legs are pure muscle, arms are near enough.

Its my torso and my face which suffer the fat problem and it needs to be gone.. like now!

Yup, you want to be focusing on getting your stamina up, lots of running and walking the hills, the more you do now the easier it will be later on.
