Nice one mate, i remember stuggling on tens when i first started. Getting the balance right was a nightmare. I manage to get up to 3X8 reps of 30kg. Tried 35kg each side but was to heavy for me concidering i only my body weight is a mear 55kg!!!! Shortly after pulled a hernia!!!
Guna be starting back at 15's in a month or so's time and take it all slow!

Oops
I wanna be doing 30's in another month, not too unreliastic considering i went up 12kg this month, although i tried lifting 25's this morning just to give me an idea and 22 > 25 is a fucking big step .
Plus I havent hit a wall yet, so I have got that to come too

I as the same as you. The first month is the time you make the most progress. I went from 10kg's to 22.5kg's.. Then end of next month was lifting 27.5kg's.
Now I'm back I will aim for 30's though

Anything over 30 to me felt vertualy impossible!! At firts i remember 20s being a massive step and that they were real hard but after alot of training it all becomes easier! Thing then is your then pushing yourself more and more! I've learnt the hard way to watch how much you lift, how many reps you do and how hard you work! All i can say is stay away from to much ab work!

But like you say it soon comes on and now a full set of 12 on the 65kgs and it hurts but is a thrill at the same time....
Stu your right it is great when you know you are getting somewhere.....

I always blame it on leverage, makes the weights heaver the longer your limbs are!
