Is there a way of calculating how many calories a day you body uses??

Default Is there a way of calculating how many calories a day you body uses??

I was just wondering if there is a way of calculating how many calories a day your body uses just to do a normal day. I know that they say the average for a woman is 2000 but is there a method of calculating your individual requirement more accurately?

I've been twice this week and I'll be back again on Saturday I even have blisters on my hands from the rowing machine

I know the average body uses 550 calories per day for normal things like breathing,digesting food,blinking etc etc and the rest is to maintaine weight so if you done 1500 cals per day thats you going into cal deficiency and you burn more fat but as a calculator i really have no idea lol
