Things are looking up finally!! I'm starting back soon, bene chatting to godzilla via PM to get some info, also got a new workout for a 4 month period. Diets fine a the moment, but will ammend it to suit the workout.

Were good cheers mate, usual ups and downs!! I'm training hard, running in the morning and weights at night, trying to get abs this year, haven't seen them for years!

Might be doing a course for ex forces to teach "boot camp" style training and a nutrition course as well. Not to do as a full time job, just at weekends.
