I have heard this has a very high protein content? I am about to take Gem to hospital, she has been having contractions since 6am this morning.
I want to eat it, is it best straight from the oven (so to speak) or do I cook it first?

As far as i can remember you eat it straight away no need to cook,enjoy

Chloe is her name, 7lb9. I'm on cloud 9 atm!
It was a long labour and I was looking online while we waited for her contractions to get closer and found this
