what to eat??
in the new year im gonna start jogging and riding my unused bike. the thing is m not sure what to eat to stay healthy and i love my fast food. im not fat by any means but im starting to get a bit of a belly. i also went for a jog the other day and after 2 miles i was ready for a 3 day rest.
basicly i wanna get fit, ie be able to run (not just jog) a reasonable distance without having a heart atack. and tone my body a little.
so any help with what to eat from day to day would be good as it is currently mcdonalds and any other crap i can get into my mouth. cheers in advance.

Holland & Barrett mate. They do there own make for £19.95 a tub, lasts me 3-4 weeks. Dont be fooled by the expensive brands. In all my 15 years of bodybuilding i have found that all protien powders are the same, ive yet to find one that is better than the rest.
