Whats the rear arches like? any rust anywhere else too?

Older cars tend to sell purely on condition, not because its a "GTi" etc, that wont have any baring on price

used to deal in gti models and a very good rust free example in 3 door form is 1000ish and a five door a bit less,but you see average ones changing hands for£400+

bang on imho,any car with t&t`s worth a monkey but the gti goodies should help the chav/chavettes get a provvy loan on it.Pink powered by fairydust sticker on the boot and the 20 stone blonde with fairground music blasting out of the standard stereo will be well happy mush!!!!
