I done it in direct gloss 2 pack like they used on them originally. I got our PPG paint rep to source the old solvent we used to use before water . So its done in Deltron DG , which is a joy to use, wonderful paint.

I’ve been banging on about using Raptor under your car floors lads and well here’s what it looks like on the floor of my car. I did seal and spray seal the floors , the spray seal I used was a two pack sealer with separate hardener, then this morning I mixed clear Raptor with some Radiant red 2pack and blasted it over the floor,

It comes out the right colour holds some decent gloss and flows pretty flat , but the real beauty of it is it’s two pack and it hardens and cures , it’s actually supposed to be used in cargo bays of pickup trucks

Really easy to use , blow it on with a Shultz gun . All you need to do is buy a clear kit and add your own colour. Simple

Didn’t want to put the underlay back in the car , it was damp and a bit dusty and broken up so I bought 10mm sticky back foam insulation, put it in instead, does a tidy job
