During spring summer 19 i converted my 2.0 8v into a 8v turbo, i have other threads on this showing the work and parts used to do the build , Originally it was 120bhp 2000e Now i have print out of 265 bhp with plenty of room to make more bhp considering the extensive work that was done to the engine,

Bosch 910 pump plumbed up i located it where the fuel filter used to be im going to try locate the fuel filter in the engine bay for handiness of servicing if possible,

New cosworth tank in, pretty simple job only difference in the tanks are the outlet and return pipes are at the bottom for the purpose of an in line pump, Got a level sender off a mate it plugs into original wiring which is convenient,

Took the petrol tank out this evening, i have to replace the jn tank fuel pump with a in line bosch 910 pump as the in tank is not strong enough to run more bhp If anyone has any tips or has done this before i would lije to know hoe you went about doing it, route location of pump and filter fittings needed electrics,

Took fuel tank out this evening, i have to change my intank fuel pump for a bosch 910 in line fuel pump to cope with the cosworth injectors and mor bhp, the in tank pump was playing up anyway with it shuddering sometimes under half a tank, If anyone has any tips on setting up in line fuel pump id be happy to here your opinions or if youve done this before have any pictures and route you took and location of pump and filter?

Took me 7 hours to get it to the stage that the engine can be lifted out Im gong to hire a hoist at the weekend to remove the engine and then i can dismantle the head for sending the block to engineering shop,
