I use parada's . I think there a good tyre for the price, Loads of grip when its dry but if it rains hold on tight .Infact dont even put your foot down

not the cheapest, but could make a big difference.

Tyre choice is quite personal so no one tyre can be stated as being "the best" . I get on very well with Toyo Proxes T1R, Continental Sport Contact 2, Kumho KU 31 to name a few all rounders. Dry use only I've been very happy with the Yokohama Paradas

They look good and are average in the dry.. thats it.

people buy them because they look cool and have a cool sounding name.

And no matter how much you try to tell them, they won't listen!

The brand new Eagle F1 asymmetric 2 are awesome, just like the early eagle F1's. No choice for me really. The new potenza S00 are ment to be good to. Never rule out pilot sports too.Remember IMO......

Pay for what you get, normally around the Ł160 a tyre mark but Camskill have them on sale at the mo at Ł104 each delivered. They are awesome in the wet and dry with a good hefty tread pattern that lasts. PS3 last considerably longer than the PS2. The best road tyre out there at the mo IMO. But the Federal 595RS-R's look similar to R888's but look to be able to last longer, nice mix of road/track tyre

Sorry dont agree with you there,i dont buy a tyre because it looks good i buy it because it does the job i want it to do. Ive had eagle F1s which were also good in the wet but i dont use the car alot in the wet .

And no matter what tyre you have,if you have crap shocks/springs etc it wont handle anyway.

I had peradas on my sierra when I had it,not great in wet but tbf none were exactly grippy with the power and Rwd....in the dry they were ok untill warm, then they felt "greasy" if you know what I mean....

888 great in dry/slightly damp. ...wet? Forget it!

Great all round tyre for me would be pilots

Currently got Hankook V12 EVO's on my 3 Door which are pretty good, but i'm really after as much grip as possible but they need to work from pretty much stone cold (For Hillclimbing)

Been looking at Toyo 888's but also Toyo R1R's or Yoko AD08's
Not really sure which to get.

I've got the Hankook V12 on my 320d. I think they must be the most noisy/rumbly tyre going when they are cold.
