Will Peugeot 206 steel wheels fit on a mk3 fiesta, have been offered a set to run through winter

 

indeed they will mate. think the centre spigot is slightly bigger on pug wheels so you may need spigot rings if you want to ne perfect etc but you could just wrap some insulation tape round the spigot until the wheels are snug. offset is also slightly different but you'll be right

I think you right for steel wheels of ford fiesta. It is very quick in winter.

 

I have just decided to change my ford fiesta car tyre to Steel alloy wheels. I think onwards 15" Inch Steel Wheel for it. But I don't care about the average of my car.
