series 2 Rs turbo wheels mate. Think people refer to the mk4 xr3i wheels as dog legs

Do they, i always wondered if they where handed!
So one side spins forward and the other backward? lol

 

From what I seem to recollect yup, one side points to front one to rear.
I maybe remembering wrong.
Just seems wrong to me.
Just as 5 spoke wheels on a 4 stud car with no centre caps.

Yea, always bugged me too.
You'd think to look at them, that the design was supposed to suggest an aid to brake cooling, but that all gets a bit messed up when they're not handed.
Btw, I've seen these in black with diamont cut faces, and thought they looked pretty cool, not too pricey on egay either.
